Chesterton Man Cleared of Battery Charges.

Attorney Patton represented a man facing a felony count of strangulation, as well as a misdemeanor battery charge. The Jury took only 30 minutes to find his client NOT GUILTY of all charges.

Valpo man cleared of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Facing 2 to 8 years in prison and the requirement to register as a sex offender, Attorney Patton obtained a NOT GUILTY verdict for his client.

Attorney follows through on offer to help mentally challenged client.

After being found mentally ill, Attorney Clay Patton helped to find a solution to this client's situation by providing him with bus fare so he could receive mental health treatment close to family.

Not guilty verdict in rape trial.

Overcoming DNA evidence, Attorney Patton convinced the Jury to find his client NOT GUILTY of rape and other sex offenses.
